Artist Naphtali Emeka Berhane an intuative artist who has improved his gift of creativity from the encounters he has had in his life and with fellow artists along his journey. Naphtali specialises in watercolour, working also in many different media such as oil, acrylic and chalk and charcoal.

 

Naphtali chooses to paint various themes. In these paintings he captures the essence of people going about their daily lives of work, rest and play. One instantly seeks to know more about the characters he has chosen to introduce us to and how easily you can find yourself drawn into the environment of his subjects, mainly of Jamaican or African descent.

 

If ever your drawn down that way, who knows you may find yourself encapsulated in a timeless frame.
